Popular and long-running online role-playing video game franchise RuneScape is now available for tabletop gaming through two brand new games that will be launched later this year. Publisher and developer of video games of RuneScape, Jagex, has teamed up with tabletop-gaming powerhouse Steamforged Games to create both an online game and a tabletop game of roleplaying that is in the RuneScape's rich and imaginative realm of Gielinor.

The two games will make their debut in 2022 and the board game coming out on Kickstarter as well as the TTRPG heading straight to stores. The games will feature the characters, adventures and locations from the RuneScape's 21-year-old history. the board game featuring one and five players on quest-based campaigns through Gielinor.

They'll create and upgrade equipment, enhance their characters as well as cook unique recipes. They will also interact with NPCs, and test their talents while exploring different areas across the globe, and with many exciting side quests designed to divert and entertain them on their way.

The TTRPG will include an extravagantly illustrated, hardback, core book that includes guidelines for players who want to play the RuneScape tabletop roleplaying game where they can create their own characters, explore Gielinor and develop unique and thrilling quests. The TTRPG fundamental book is fully compatible with the rules for the fifth edition of the tabletop tabletop game that is roleplaying.
